A bespoke, brand-matched video player — Wistia-grade polish, none of the lock-in. Plays the local file today; point it at a Mux or Bunny HLS stream later and it just works. The panel on the right shows the per-viewer watch-tracking firing live as you play.

How this becomes "real". The player emits play, pause, timeupdate, milestone (25/50/75/100%) and ended events. In production each event is POSTed to an n8n webhook or straight into Supabase, tagged with the logged-in user — giving you per-viewer history, retention curves and "watched 80% → notify sales" automations, without paying Wistia. Hosting swap: change the <video src> to a Mux/Bunny .m3u8 URL — hls.js loads automatically.
